Global Head of Climate Resilience 80–100%

Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) provides risk engineering, climate resilience and sustainability solutions to help customers identify, assess and reduce risks.

As Global Head of Climate Resilience, you will be responsible for the global climate resilience proposition within ZRS. You will lead and develop technical teams and shape scalable solutions for physical and transition climate risks across markets.

Your role

• Own and develop the global climate resilience proposition and roadmap.
• Lead technical teams and subject-matter experts across climate risk, resilience and sustainability.
• Develop and scale solutions that help customers assess and manage physical and transition risks.
• Work with markets and client-facing teams to translate technical expertise into commercially viable propositions.
• Build strategic partnerships and strengthen Zurich’s external positioning in climate resilience.
• Contribute to thought leadership and ensure technical quality, consistency and innovation across the global offering.

Your skills and experience

• Strong experience in climate risk, resilience, sustainability, engineering, risk management or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, international environments.
• Strong understanding of physical and transition climate risks and their relevance to companies, assets and investment decisions.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into client solutions and business propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
